Access to and use of the war189 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that they access the platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. war189 enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are under legal guardianship or whose legal capacity is otherwise restricted are not eligible to register.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by war189 or on any third-party responsible gambling exclusion register to which war189 subscribes.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and in which war189 does not hold a valid operating license or exemption.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of war189 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, software providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access real-money gaming features on the war189 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one war189 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your war189 account login credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your war189 account and must not reuse a password that you use for any other online service.
• You must notify war189 immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorized access has occurred, or that your account has been used by a third party without your permission.
• war189 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

war189 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata virtual accounts; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may be higher and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.
• Processing times: Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 1–5 minutes of successful transfer. E-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within seconds. war189 does not guarantee processing times, which may vary during periods of high transaction volume or due to issues with third-party payment processors.
• Your funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment instrument that belongs to a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• No deposit fees: war189 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which war189 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit limits: war189 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to individual accounts, either as a responsible gaming measure at the member's request or as a platform-wide risk management control. Details of any limits applicable to your account are available in your account settings.
• Deposit purpose: Funds deposited into your war189 account must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without the intention to wager, or for the purpose of using the war189 platform as a money transfer facility, is prohibited.

Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to fully verified war189 accounts. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• KYC requirement: war189 will not process a member's first withdrawal until KYC verification has been completed to war189's satisfaction. See Clause 11 for full KYC requirements.
• Withdrawal to matching payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits wherever possible, as a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure. war189 reserves the right to request additional verification where a withdrawal is requested to a different payment destination.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Processing targets: war189 targets a processing time of under five minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under thirty minutes for bank transfer withdrawals during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, or Indonesian public holidays. war189 does not guarantee any specific processing time.
• Wagering requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits that remain subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full. See Clause 7.
• Withdrawal fees: war189 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal transactions. war189 reserves the right to deduct any direct banking fees charged to war189 by the receiving financial institution if those fees exceed Rp 5.000 per transaction.
• Right to review: war189 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days for the purpose of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. war189 will notify the relevant member promptly if such a review is initiated.

war189 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page or notification:

• Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and winnings generated from free spins carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games list, and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus credits that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a specific promotion expressly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be applied to your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active constitutes acceptance of the active bonus's terms.
• Eligibility: war189 reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including accounts that have previously been identified as engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or pattern wagering designed to reduce the effective wagering requirement without genuine gaming intent.

• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or at 0%. Game contribution rates for each active promotion are stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet during wagering: When a bonus is active, war189 may impose a maximum single-bet limit (e.g., Rp 100.000 per spin or per hand) until the wagering requirement is satisfied. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may, at war189's discretion, result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• war189 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that members who have already claimed and begun wagering through a bonus will not have the terms of that specific bonus retrospectively altered mid-wager.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the war189 platform across the casino, sportsbook, and crash game sections:

• Bet finality: Once a wager has been accepted by the war189 platform and confirmed on your transaction history, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the member.
• Insufficient balance: war189 will not accept a wager that exceeds your available real-money balance plus any active eligible bonus credits. Wagers that cannot be fully funded at the time of placement will be declined.
• Obvious errors: war189 reserves the right to void any wager placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds, game configuration, or market data — including but not limited to palpably incorrect odds arising from a technical fault or data-feed error. war189 will return the staked amount to the member's account in such cases.

If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to its predetermined outcome upon reconnection. war189 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.
• Currency: All wagers are placed and settled in IDR. war189 does not accept wagers in any other currency.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the war189 platform. Any member found to be engaged in or suspected of engaging in any of the activities listed below may have their account immediately suspended, their balance confiscated, and the relevant activity reported to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the war189 platform, including for the purpose of placing wagers, harvesting data, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of errors remain the property of war189 and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating the outcome of any game or sports market offered on the war189 platform.
• Using the war189 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. war189 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
• Providing false, forged, or otherwise misleading identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing a valid deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider after the funds have been credited to your war189 account and wagered.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with near-zero risk; registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; and coordinating with other members to share bonus funds.
• Accessing the war189 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or misrepresenting your location.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings or by contacting our support team. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: You may configure session time notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit war189's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

war189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, war189 will notify registered members via email to the address held on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login.

The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the war189 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
